Cabin Musings

The summer is half way over and our bookings are full. We have had a great start to the summer and are looking forward to a cool and refreshing fall. Several of the popular weekends tend to book fast, so be sure to contact us if you are looking forward to next season.
We continue to update the cabin and woods on a regular basis...so if you are a repeat guest, you will find many new surprises! This little baby was found just a few feet past the front yard...how cute!
Regards!

Looking Towards Summer 2011

It's time to begin looking towards summer for 2011. The winter has been long, but beautifully quiet up here. As rentals become scheduled and guests are booked, we look forward to sharing our small cabin with others!

Spring is looking good up at The Dogwoods. A vivacious woodpecker claims his post as seagulls and tree frogs make themselves known. It is amazing how each season represents itself. Unknown daffodils have sprung up since our last trip here to work on getting the rental season ready!

Spring Updates

Hello! We just finished some spring updating on the cabin over the last week and are happy to say that the new patio doors have been installed! They are wonderful, with a smooth glide and unobstructed view of the nature just outside the cabin. We also slapped a fresh coat of paint in the kitchen, brightening it up for the consumption of breakfast muffins and a cup of coffee before our guests embark on their daily adventures! It is so much fun to be up there working on things we know will only make the vacation experience better for our wonderful guests! Summer approaches!!
